Fantasy heros!!
So again, after a long discussion with my grey cells,
Travelled with finite number of topics on a roller coaster, with half-finished
posts decorating my draft lists, my mind chose to stick with this particular one.
I never know how this going to turn up but I swear that I’ll be happy when I finish
writing this post.
Right from my childhood, till now I have never stopped being
a child, which I mean I have never stopped acting like a kid, cognitively. The
term ‘being a child’ to me is enjoying the uniqueness and grasping the lessons
even from you-can-never-expect-it kind of areas, rejoicing the virtual
experience provided by the fantasy world. Born as an only child and the relatives
in distance are really distant I was taken up by the fantasy world by the
virtue of Cartoon network (kids of this generation! I pity you, thy will never
know what a real cartoon network is, who are saturated by CN (a curse for
Cartoon network), Jetix (a subscript of too Disney, which many might not know) for
heaven’s sake-Chutti tv will never realize what animation can do to your life)
A kid like me who never directed their malleus-incus-stapes
towards teachers unless otherwise they speak sense (about recent movie, foods,
even if they speak in the vernacular language it is worthy enough to make way
for the neurotransmitters) or they have wooden scale in hands (which is
actually meant for measuring but seldom used for that)) learnt many things from
the world of fantasy. When I asked my friend that if I could write on this, I
got a reply that I am weird :)
yeah! The hell I am weird! But I want to gift my mind the joy of presenting
what I have gone through, to put what I have actually learnt all through my 20
years. So here I am!
I like to report the inference of three characters I have
observed, three highly potential characters. Those can be the dream
personalities for millions round the world.
Albus Dumbledore-The legendary characterization by
J.K.Rowling, from the epic series of Harry potter which marks up the importance
of academic brilliancy.
Aslan- Proves the kingship is not only the asset of humans.
We can learn a lot from a lion. Inspiration from Narnia.
Optimus Prime- A robot, technically but the way he is
created by the author is simply beyond the range of excellent! The head Autobot
from Transformers.
Albus, for once i feel that he should be the best character
that I will ever see in my life, doesn’t matter in if it’s a reality or
fantasy. The architect for this character JKR has built it in such a way that
it will make a giant impact in the mind of readers.
Power attained through his academic brilliancy. Classic way
to narrate that knowledge is immaculate and only it will make you to rise above
the horizon of ignorancy.
It doesn’t mean knowledge has made him a geek or nerd but it turned him
powerful. Not a thin line but a huge wall is there between wisdom and geekism.
The way he expresses his wisdom through his words make him highly formidable.
His theories and guesses which were highly authentic were
only possible by his wisdom.
Should mention about his Gryffindor-istic characters (For
those who are naïve about harrypotter,
Gryffindor which is one among the four
houses of Hogwarts school of witch craft and Wizardry takes up only the bravest
of the brave) the way he invites death Is the characteristic example for his
brave soul.
Though he possesses the power which is attained through
immaculate knowledge, he treats his inferiors with due respect, he treats them
with love, He a person beyond any agehood shackles considers love as a prime and
vital tool to extinguish negativity and inequality shows us that vengeance and
jealousy cannot achieve anything as love does.
Albus Dumbledore, The man who won over ignorance through unbounded knowledge, taught me that
due respect to wisdom could make us foresee
the future. He,a legend taught me we can do things beyond prescribed freedom for the sake of greater
good.
Aslan, this fiercely Lion can also be a flawless
philosopher! Powerful but noble, If these
two qualities blended in a single individual he can rule the world. An apt
example for this blended brilliancy is Che Guvera, for those who know about
him, he lives in your hearts, for those who don’t he lives in your tee-shirts.
Even in the Narnia
world, the privilege to meet the great Aslan is enjoyed by very few. This
prescribes that when you have great power, you cannot enjoy the freedom to omnipresent.
From the words of Aslan we can realize how to take up our
responsibilities and move on with it with utmost commitment and dedication.
Never treat even small beings as low, size doesn’t matter,
power doesn’t matter but the will power to do an act matters.
You will not be called by your names but with the karma
which you have done.
A small decision can make your life to sit on a hover craft
and make you to take a trip in amazing adventurous amazon and land you in Atlantic
Ocean. Opportunities come once, grab it, it will change your life forever.
And finally never ever get scared to take up an adventure.
Optimus Prime, My childhood hero. An Alien robot (Don’t be
surprised, this robo has even seventh sense and can think better than humans)
Leadership must be inborn else reborn to make yourself a
leader!
Showcase he is, for who is unaware enough to visualize a
clear definition for a leader.
His ability to lead from front is a distinction for that
quality. The way he sacrifices himself for the
interest he is upon shows us
that there is no level for the dedication once we are on a specific motive.
The noblest thing I learnt from him is, never ever try to
hurt a person who hurts you!
It’s easier said than following it, but I remember those
principles I learnt from them. At least I came to know that those qualities are
possible to follow.
After reading what I have told about them, I don’t believe
that you can envisage the real-them but you can look for them and age is not a
constrain for anything, there is no solid maturity in this world.
The way of characterization will simply amaze you to get goose flesh.
For those who say that these are kiddish enough and these
are only possible and reasonable for kids who are below fourteen years of age, I
kindly ask them whether fighting in social media for and against the movies of
their favorite stars is hardcore maturity? Being a proud fan of fantasy world and doing
our daily routines is damn better than that silly fights (This I learnt from Dr.Sheldon
cooper :P thanks to big bang theory!)
Anyway! Have a fun filled, prosperous and green Diwali :)
